Every BRASS engagement follows a structured process designed for institutional clients in regulated environments:
Discovery & Requirements We begin with a regulatory framework mapping workshop — understanding your MoHESR obligations, CAA requirements, and UAE PDPL data handling needs before writing a line of code.
Architecture Design Before development begins, we produce an architecture document: entity-relationship diagrams, data flow maps, RBAC matrix, and screen wireframes. You approve the blueprint before build starts.
Sprint Development Development proceeds in 1–2 week sprints with a deployable, reviewable output at the end of every sprint. No big-bang deliveries.
Testing & Certification Every platform undergoes structured QA: functional testing, security review (SQL injection, access control), and where applicable, a compliance audit walkthrough.
Handoff & Documentation You receive a comprehensive technical handoff: codebase, database schema, architecture diagrams, a developer maintenance guide, and a user manual.

Annual subscription to the BRASS platform infrastructure — hosted, maintained, and updated by BRASS Digital Lab. New OBF Guidebook versions and regulatory changes reflected automatically.
